SEO agency Be the answer,
on Google and in AI.
Technical SEO, content built around buyer questions, and answer engine optimisation, so you rank in the links and get named in the answer.
Search changed. Here’s how.
Fewer clicks. More answers.
Google sends fewer clicks
AI Overviews answer above the links. Ranking first no longer means being seen first.
Buyers ask AI for a shortlist
ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity name a handful of brands. If you are not one of them, you are not in the running. Our guide to ranking in AI Overviews shows what that takes.
The groundwork is the same
Clear content, technical health and trust still decide who ranks and who gets cited. Good SEO services do both jobs at once, whether that is local SEO for a service area or ecommerce SEO for a store.

Does AI recommend you?
Give us your domain. We ask four AI platforms the questions your buyers ask, and a person sends you the report within a business day. No scores made up on screen.

SEO vs AI visibility
Same groundwork. A few things only AI rewards.
- Shared
Technical health
Fast, crawlable, indexed. Google ranks it, and AI can read it.
- Shared
Content that answers questions
Pages built around what buyers ask.
- Shared
Trust signals
Reviews, authors, and an about page that says who you are.
- Google vs AI
Citations
- Links from relevant sites still move rankings.
- AI
- AI quotes sources. Be one, with a clear, quotable answer on the page.
- Google vs AI
Entity data
- Schema helps rich results, but rankings come first.
- AI
- Structured data and consistent facts, so AI knows exactly who you are.
- Google vs AI
Mentioned elsewhere
- Brand searches and mentions help, indirectly.
- AI
- Reddit, press, lists and forums. AI recommends who it sees recommended.
Pick your path
Three ways in, depending on how people find you
AI visibility (AEO)
Get named and cited when buyers ask AI for a shortlist.
Getting cited in AI answers
What we actually do
Six things, one plan.
Technical fixes
Crawl, speed, indexing and site structure, so Google and AI can read every page.
Content that answers real questions
Pages built around what buyers ask and search with intent to buy, not keyword counts.
Local and Google Business Profile
Map pack, reviews, hours and photos kept accurate and active.
Structured data
Products, reviews, FAQs and your organisation marked up so machines get it right.
Digital PR and mentions
Being talked about elsewhere builds authority that compounds, and it is what gets you cited by AI.
Rank and AI-citation tracking
Positions on Google and whether AI names you, in one plain-numbers report.
How long it takes
Flat, then it bends
SEO takes three to six months to compound. We say so up front.
- Month 1
Technical fixes and a baseline
Crawl, speed and indexing fixed. Rankings and AI mentions recorded, so movement is measurable.
- Technical audit
- Baseline report
- Schema
- Months 2–3
Content and first movement
Buyer-question pages live. First rankings shift, and first citations appear.
- Content plan
- First pages live
- Local profile
- Months 3–6
Compounding growth
Traffic bends upward and keeps going. Mentions, links and citations feed each other.
- Authority and links
- Scale what ranks
- Monthly report tied to leads
When SEO isn’t the answer
If you need leads this month, don’t start here
SEO is the right move when
- People already search for what you sell
- You can wait three to six months for compounding growth
- The site is sound, or you are willing to fix it
- You want to be named when buyers ask AI
- Paid search data already tells you which topics convert
Run paid search first when
- You need leads or sales this month
- Nobody searches for the category yet
- The offer is unproven: test it with ads before writing 40 pages about it
- You do not know which topics turn into customers
Paid search tells you in weeks what SEO takes months to learn. Use its data to choose SEO topics.

How long does SEO take?
Technical fixes and a baseline in month one, first movement in months two to three, compounding growth from month three to six. Anyone promising faster is selling something else.
What does it cost?
A monthly fee scoped to the size of the site, the markets you compete in and how much content is needed. Our guide to what SEO costs in Australia breaks down the usual ranges and what moves them.
What is included in your SEO services each month?
Technical fixes, on-page work, content, authority building and reporting, scoped to your plan. You get a monthly summary of what we did, what moved and what is next, in plain English.
Do you guarantee page one?
No. Nobody controls Google or ChatGPT. We guarantee the work, the reporting and honesty about what is moving.
Is SEO dead because of AI?
No, it changed. AI answers are built from the same signals: clear content, technical health and being mentioned elsewhere. The difference is you now need to be cited, not just ranked, which is what answer engine optimisation adds.
Do I need both SEO and AI visibility?
Most of the groundwork is shared, so you get most of both from one plan. The AI-specific work (citations, entity data, mentions) is a layer on top, not a separate project.
Who writes the content?
We do, from your product knowledge and your customers’ questions. You review it. If you have a writer, we brief them instead.
Will this work with my existing website?
Usually, yes. If the platform is holding you back we will say so and, if it makes commercial sense, our web design team can rebuild it. We won’t sell you a new site you don’t need.
Are we locked into a long contract?
No. SEO rewards consistency, so we recommend giving it a few months to see it through, but we don’t trap you in paperwork. Terms are agreed clearly up front.
Ready when you are.
No pitch deck and no lock-in contract. Just a straight answer on what to fix first.
