About Imprint Advertising A data-driven
marketing agency.

We treat your budget like it’s our own money. Imprint runs ads, builds websites and apps, sets up tracking and dashboards, and automates the repetitive work. When the data says don’t spend yet, we say that too.

Why Imprint exists

Agencies report clicks. Clients pay bills.

Too many businesses pay for marketing they can’t measure. The platform says sales; the bank says otherwise. Nobody says “don’t spend this month”, because the agency is paid to spend.

So Imprint works the other way round. Tracking gets fixed before a dollar goes out, reports use the numbers you actually run the business on, and if the honest advice is to fix the site or the offer first, that is the advice you get.

What we believe

Four things we will not bend on.

  1. Told when not to spend

If the offer or the site is the problem, more ads make it worse. We will say so.

  2. Measure before we celebrate

Platform ROAS is not revenue. We reconcile results to real orders and leads.

  3. No lock-in contracts

We would rather keep the work because the numbers are good than because the paperwork says you have to stay.

  4. You own what we build

Code, dashboards and automations are built to be handed over and kept, not rented back to you.

How we work

Measure, fix, automate, scale.

  1. Step one

    Measure first

Before we judge anything, the ads, the website or the last agency, we fix tracking and attribution. If the data is wrong, every decision downstream is wrong too, just with more confidence.

    • Tracking
    • Attribution
  2. Step two

    Fix the foundations

Offer, landing page, follow-up. If a stranger can’t tell what you sell, or enquiries sit unanswered for days, more traffic is just more wasted spend. This is the step where we most often say “don’t spend yet”.

    • Offer
    • Pages
    • Follow-up
  3. Step three

    Automate the boring

We automate the repeatable work: reporting, data plumbing, follow-up and the hand-offs between tools. Process first, though. Automate a broken process and you just get to be wrong faster.

    • Reporting
    • Hand-offs
  4. Step four

    Scale what’s proven

When the conversion path holds and lead quality is real, we put more budget behind it. Not before. Spend follows evidence, never the other way around.

FAQ

Fair questions, straight answers

Something else? hello@imprintadvertising.com

Who do you work with?

Mostly founder-led service businesses, established local and national brands, and marketing managers who want clearer performance. If you have tried marketing before and are not sure whether the problem is the offer, the website, the tracking or the follow-up, you are exactly who this was built for.

Where are you based?

Adelaide, at 217 Flinders St, and we work with businesses Australia-wide. Most of the work happens in shared dashboards and short calls, so distance has never been the hard part.

What does a first engagement look like?

A thirty-minute discovery session, then measurement. We fix tracking and attribution before we judge anything, because advice built on broken data is just guessing. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.

What does “agentic” mean?

It is the one place we use the word. AI agents and automation handle the repeatable work (reporting, follow-up, hand-offs) so people spend their time on strategy and judgement. Our agents don’t take lunch breaks, which is either impressive or slightly unsettling, depending on how you feel about robots.

Do you lock clients into long contracts?

No lock-in contracts. We would rather keep the work because the numbers are good than because the paperwork says you have to stay.

Ready when you are.

No pitch deck and no lock-in contract. Just a straight answer on what to fix first.
