AI automation agency Stop doing it by hand.
Put AI and your data to work.
Agents and workflows that handle the reporting, follow-up and hand-offs your team does by hand. Save the hours, and catch the revenue that slips through.
Where your week goes
Too much of it is copy, paste, chase, repeat.
Copy-pasting between tools
Leads from the form into the CRM, orders into Xero, numbers into the deck.
Chasing leads
Enquiries sit until someone gets to them. Some never get to.
The same report every Monday
Export, clean, paste, format. Every single week.
Data in five places
Nobody trusts the numbers because no two sources agree. Analytics and tracking is usually where that gets fixed.
What could you save?
Your numbers, not ours.
Pick a task your team does by hand. We only use what you enter.
Weekly reporting: back every year, from your inputs
110 hrsabout 3 working weeks
A$7,150at your hourly cost
Assumes 46 working weeks and that 80% of the task can be automated. An estimate from your inputs, not a quote.
Two kinds of value
Save money. Make money.
Save
- Admin and data entry
- Reporting, built once and refreshed automatically
- Reconciliations and invoice matching
- Hand-offs between tools and people
Make
- Instant lead follow-up, every time
- Re-engaging customers who went quiet, with email and SMS flows
- Spotting which products and channels actually make a profit
- Catching orders, refunds and invoices that fall through the cracks
What we build
Six things, including the plumbing.
AI agents and workflows
Lead capture to CRM to follow-up, without a human in the loop until one is needed.
Data pipelines and one source of truth
Shopify, Xero, ads and CRM into one clean, reconciled dataset.
Dashboards and reporting
Built once, refreshed automatically, in plain numbers.
AI assistants trained on your documents
Answers from your policies, products and processes, with the source shown.
Email and SMS flows
Welcome, abandoned-cart, follow-up and win-back flows that run on their own.
Workshops and training
Your team learns what to automate, what not to, and how to run it.
How it fits together
Not hand‑waving. Plumbing.
Your tools feed clean data. Clean data feeds the automations and AI. The output is decisions made and actions taken, not another dashboard nobody opens.
- 01
Your tools
Shopify, Xero, HubSpot, ad platforms, Sheets, Gmail.
- 02
Clean data
Reconciled, deduplicated, one definition of every number.
- 03
Automations and AI
Agents, workflows and assistants that act on it.
- 04
Decisions and actions
Leads followed up, reports on time, money found.
Fix it, then automate it
Automate a broken process and you just get to be wrong faster.
Worth automating
- Repeatable, with clear rules
- Done more than once a week by more than one person
- Data lives in tools we can connect
- The manual version already works, just slowly
- A mistake costs money or a customer
Not yet
- Nobody agrees what the process is
- It changes every month
- It happens twice a year
- A cheap off-the-shelf tool would do the job
- The real problem is the process, not the tool
Sometimes the right answer is a better process, or an off-the-shelf tool. We will say so.
How we work
Start small. See a result. Then scale.
- Week 0
Free process audit
We watch how the work actually happens and list what is worth automating, with a rough estimate of the hours involved.
- Process map
- Priorities
- Rough estimate
- Weeks 2–4
One quick win
One automation live and measured. You see the result before committing to more.
- Build
- Test
- Measure
- Month 2 onward
Scale what works
More workflows, the data layer, dashboards, an assistant. Each one justified by the last.
- Data layer
- More agents
- Training
Your data stays yours
Built in your accounts, owned by you.
Your accounts, your keys
Automations run inside your own accounts wherever possible. We are a user you can remove.
Least access, logged
Each workflow gets only the permissions it needs, read-only wherever it can be. Every action is logged.
Documented and handed over
Every automation comes with a plain-English runbook. If we part ways, it keeps working.
Not used to train AI
We never use your data to train AI models, and you can switch any automation off at any time.

What does it cost?
It is priced per automation or project, scoped after the free audit, and most first quick wins are small. If you want a feel for the landscape first, our guide to AI automation agencies covers what to expect.
How fast?
The audit takes a week. The first quick win is live in two to four weeks. The data layer and bigger builds follow once that has paid off.
Will AI replace my staff?
No. It takes the copy-paste, chase and reformat work off them. People keep the judgement, the relationships and the exceptions.
Is my data safe?
Everything runs in your own accounts wherever possible, with least-access permissions and logs. We connect read-only where we can, and we never use your data to train AI models.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We do the building. Afterwards you choose: we look after it for you, or we hand it over documented and train your team to run it.
Which tools can you connect?
Almost anything with an integration or an API: CRMs, ad platforms, stores, spreadsheets, inboxes and accounting. If a tool can talk to the internet, we can usually automate around it.
What if my tools change?
Workflows are built on standard connectors, monitored and documented. Swapping a CRM means re-pointing a step, not starting over.
Can you add AI without it going off the rails?
Yes. We keep AI to clearly bounded jobs (summarise, categorise, draft) with checks around them, so it assists the workflow rather than making unchecked decisions.
How is this different from your analytics service?
Analytics gets your marketing tracking right and reports on it. AI and automation brings your whole-of-business data together (sales, operations, finance and marketing) and acts on it.
Do I need a big budget?
No. One quick win first. If an off-the-shelf tool does the job, we will tell you.
Can you train my team?
Yes. Our hands-on workshops cover what to automate, prompting that works, guardrails, and how to run what we build.
Ready when you are.
No pitch deck and no lock-in contract. Just a straight answer on what to fix first.
