A month of campaigns

A mix that doesn’t feel like spam.

Flows do most of the selling; campaigns keep the list warm. Weekly for most brands, and only one email in four is an offer.

  1. Week 1: new arrival story

What is new and why it exists, told as a story rather than a catalogue page.

  2. Week 2: how to choose

Education that helps people buy the right thing, and sells without shouting.

  3. Week 3: customer favourite

The product your regulars keep coming back for, with their reviews doing the talking.

  4. Week 4: offer for VIPs only

A reward for your best customers, so discounts don’t train everyone to wait for a sale.

More than ecommerce

Running on enquiries? Nurture for leads.

Most enquiries aren’t ready to buy on day one. Nurture keeps you front of mind and does the follow-up your team never has time for, so warmer leads land in your inbox ready to talk.

These are the five flows we build, and our guide to email flows for service businesses goes into each one.

  • Welcome and introduce: a first impression that sets expectations and points to your best content
  • Lead magnet delivery: sends what they signed up for, then builds trust with something useful
  • Nurture drip: case studies and insights over weeks, until they’re ready to talk
  • Enquiry follow-up: automatic follow-up on quotes and webinars your team would otherwise miss
  • Re-engagement: wins back quiet contacts before they go cold for good

What we do

Everything your email needs, handled end to end.

Strategy, build and optimisation, with deliverability and setup done properly. You keep the list; we do the heavy lifting.

  1. Strategy and audit

We map your list, your current flows and the gaps costing you money right now.

  2. List growth

Ethical capture that grows a list of people who actually want to hear from you, on site and through Facebook and Instagram ads for online stores.

  3. Automated flows and setup

Behaviour-triggered sequences that sell and follow up on autopilot, with integrations and segments set up properly. Our guide to Klaviyo flows shows how we structure them.

  4. Copy and design

On-brand emails that read like a human wrote them, built mobile-first to convert.

  5. Deliverability

Domain authentication, warm-up and list hygiene, so your emails land in inboxes, not spam.

  6. Reporting

Clear monthly numbers tied to revenue and leads, not vanity open rates.

How it works

Live in weeks, not months.

  1. Week 1

    Audit

We map your list, flows and gaps, and rank the fixes by how much revenue or how many leads they are likely to bring in.

    • List health
    • Flow gaps
    • Deliverability check
  2. Weeks 2–3

    Build

We write, design and switch on the highest-value flows first: cart recovery for stores, lead nurture for service businesses.

    • Copy and design
    • Flow build
    • Segments
  3. Every month

    Optimise

We test subject lines, timing and offers, run the campaign calendar, and report the numbers that matter.

    • Testing
    • Campaign calendar
    • Plain-numbers report

Case study

When not to

When email isn’t the fix

Worth it when

  • Customers or enquiries already come in
  • People buy more than once, or take time to decide
  • Nobody follows up consistently today

Not yet, if

  • The store doesn’t convert first-time visitors, so the store itself comes first
  • There is no list and no traffic to grow one yet

FAQ

Fair questions, straight answers

Something else? hello@imprintadvertising.com

Who owns the email list?

You do, always and entirely. We build inside your account, so everything stays yours if we ever part ways.

Which platform do you use?

We’re platform-agnostic. Klaviyo is our usual pick for online stores, and we also work in Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor and others, recommending the best fit for your business rather than forcing a favourite.

Do you write and design the emails?

Yes: copy that reads like a human wrote it, and designs built mobile-first. Or we brief your team, if you would rather keep it in-house.

How often will you email?

Weekly for most brands, with flows doing most of the work. We set the rhythm by how your list responds, not by a quota.

How fast will we see results?

First flows are usually live within two to three weeks. High-intent flows like cart recovery and lead nurture tend to show returns soonest, because they reach people who already raised their hand.

Will you spam my subscribers?

No. We send with consent, protect your sender reputation and keep your list healthy. A clean, engaged list earns more than a big, burnt-out one.

Do I need a big list to start?

No. Flows run on behaviour, not list size, so even a small, engaged list makes automated sequences worthwhile from day one.

Ready when you are.

No pitch deck and no lock-in contract. Just a straight answer on what to fix first.
