LinkedIn ads agency LinkedIn ads that reach the people who sign the contract.

Job-title targeting, lead forms that sales will actually call, and reporting on pipeline, not clicks.

Pipeline maths

Isn’t LinkedIn too expensive?

Per click, yes. Per customer, often not. Answer it with your own numbers: change any field and the estimate updates.

B2B sales cycles are long, so judge LinkedIn on pipeline over months, not leads in week one. Not a quote.

Who this is for

If a lead is worth real money, this is your page.

You sell to businesses, or offer a considered, high-value service. One good client can pay for months of advertising, so lead quality beats volume every time.

  • B2B and SaaS
  • Professional services
  • Finance and insurance
  • Consulting and agencies
  • Manufacturing and trade supply
  • Logistics and wholesale
  • High-value services

Target the job, not the person

Titles, seniority, company lists.

On LinkedIn you choose your audience by what they do for a living, not just what they browse. We build it around the people who sign, and the people who influence them.

  1. Job title and function

Head of Operations, COO, procurement: the roles that own the problem you solve.

  2. Seniority

Director and above, or wherever the budget actually sits in your buyer’s business.

  3. Company size and industry

Only the firms big enough to need you, in the sectors you already win in.

  4. Account lists

Upload the companies you want and reach the buying team inside each one. Thought Leader ads can put your own people’s posts in front of them too.

Lead forms and offers

Leads your sales team will actually call.

A LinkedIn lead form fills itself in from the profile. That is great for volume and terrible for quality if nobody asks the right question, so we add one or two qualifying questions. Sales knows who is worth a call before they pick up the phone.

People also need a reason to raise a hand: a guide, a benchmark, a short demo. When the offer needs more explaining than a form allows, we send the click to a landing page built for B2B lead generation instead.

Then speed. A lead called back the same day is a different lead to one called next week, so every form goes straight into your CRM and to the right person.

Report on pipeline, not clicks

Leads, opportunities, revenue.

A click report tells you LinkedIn spent the money. Ours follows each lead into your CRM, through to a sales-qualified conversation, an opportunity and a signed contract.

That depends on tracking that connects your ads to your CRM, so we set it up first. Then the campaigns can be judged, and optimised, on revenue rather than form fills.

  • Leads and cost per lead
  • Sales-qualified leads and opportunities
  • Pipeline value and closed revenue
  • What changed, and next month’s plan

The sales cycle

Honest expectations.

B2B buyers take their time. Judge LinkedIn on pipeline over months, not on leads in week one.

  1. Month 1

    Leads start

Audiences, offers and lead forms go live, connected to your CRM. The first leads arrive, and we start learning which titles and messages respond.

    • Audiences
    • Lead forms
    • CRM connected
  2. Months 2–3

    Conversations

Sales-qualified leads build in the CRM. We cut the audiences and ads that bring tyre-kickers and put budget behind the ones that bring meetings.

    • Sales-qualified leads
    • Creative tests
    • Budget shifts
  3. Months 3–6

    Deals

First contracts are usually signed in this window, depending on your sales cycle. From here the report leads with pipeline and revenue.

    • Opportunities
    • Closed revenue
    • Pipeline report

Beyond LinkedIn

When other channels earn a place.

LinkedIn finds the people who sign. These three can reach them for less, or at a different moment. We only add one when the numbers say it will pay.

  • Microsoft Ads

Decision-makers searching on work laptops, on Bing and in Microsoft Copilot. Often cheaper per click than Google, and best run beside it. Best for: search intent at a lower cost.

  • Reddit

Technical buyers in niche communities, usually for less per click than LinkedIn. It works when the ad respects the room it is in. Best for: specialist and technical products.

  • ChatGPT ads

Early. We test where it is available, and tell you honestly whether it fits your buyer. Best for: early movers with room for a test budget.

When not to

When LinkedIn ads aren’t the answer

Worth it when

  • One new client is worth thousands
  • You can name the job titles that buy
  • Sales will follow up leads within a day

Not yet, if

  • Your average sale is small, so the cost per lead never pays back
  • Nobody has time to follow up the leads
  • You sell to consumers, so Facebook and Instagram ads will reach them for less

FAQ

Fair questions, straight answers

Something else? hello@imprintadvertising.com

Isn’t LinkedIn too expensive?

Per click, yes. Per customer, often not. When one client is worth thousands, a dearer lead from precise job-title targeting can still be the cheapest route to a signed contract. Run the pipeline maths above with your own numbers, and read how much LinkedIn ads cost in Australia for what drives the price.

Are LinkedIn ads worth it for a business our size?

It comes down to deal size and who signs. If one client pays for months of advertising and you can name the job titles that buy, usually yes. If the average sale is small, the maths rarely works, and we will say so. Our honest B2B answer on whether LinkedIn ads are worth it walks through the test.

Is there a minimum budget?

Enough to learn. LinkedIn clicks are dear, so a thin budget runs out before the campaign has anything to learn from. What is enough depends on your audience and deal value; if it is too thin, we will say so before you spend it.

Do you connect to our CRM?

Yes: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and others. Leads go straight into the CRM, and the outcomes come back into reporting, so you see opportunities and revenue, not just form fills.

How long before deals?

Usually three to six months, depending on your sales cycle. Leads start in the first month, and sales-qualified conversations build through months two and three.

Why would I use Microsoft Ads as well as Google?

Not instead of Google: beside it. Microsoft search reaches professionals on work laptops, and the clicks are often cheaper. Once Google Ads is working, Microsoft is usually the next search channel worth testing, because the keywords and ads can be adapted rather than rebuilt.

Does advertising on Reddit work for B2B?

For niche and technical products, it can. Reddit reaches specific, engaged communities by interest rather than job title, which suits buyers who talk shop in public. The catch is the room: hard-sell ads get ignored or roasted, so the creative has to sound like it belongs there.

Can ChatGPT ads generate B2B leads?

It is early. Buyers increasingly research vendors by asking AI, so being there at that moment has obvious appeal. ChatGPT ads are still rolling out, so we test them where they are available and tell you honestly whether they fit your buyer. Being recommended in AI answers without paying for it is a different job: AI search visibility.
