Facebook ads agency Facebook and Instagram ads that sell, not just collect likes.
Campaigns built for purchases and qualified leads, with creative doing the targeting and tracking that survives iOS. From Adelaide, for businesses Australia-wide.
The Meta difference
Your best customers aren’t searching for you. Yet.
On Google, you catch people already looking. On Facebook and Instagram, you create the want: the right offer in front of the right people mid-scroll, then following them until they buy.
- 01
They’re scrolling, not searching
So the ad leads with a hook and a reason to care in the first two seconds, before the thumb moves on.
- 02
The offer does the heavy lifting
A sharp offer beats clever targeting every time. We help you build one worth stopping for.
- 03
One ad is never enough
Nobody buys from a stranger on the first tap, so we run a full funnel that turns cold scrollers into customers.
Boosting vs a proper campaign
Same post, different objective. Boosted, or run by imprint.
| Boosted post | ||
|---|---|---|
| Gets your post in front of more people | Yes | Yes |
| Optimises for the result you choose: a purchase, a lead, a booking | Yes | No |
| Reports cost per purchase and cost per lead, not just likes | Yes | No |
| Tracked with the Conversions API as well as the pixel | Yes | No |
| Creative tested against other versions, winners kept | Yes | No |
| Part of a funnel that re-engages people who showed interest | Yes | No |
Straight answer
Would your business actually work on Meta?
Meta isn’t right for everyone, and we’ll tell you straight. Here’s our honest read by business type, even when it means pointing you to Google.
Fitness and studios: great fit
Meta was made for this. A free-trial offer, before-and-after creative and retargeting fill classes.
Aesthetics and cosmetic: great fit
Results-led UGC (kept compliant) plus a consult offer turns scrollers into booked appointments.
Coaches and courses: great fit
Nobody searches for a coach they’ve never heard of. Story-led video and a lead magnet create the want.
Ecommerce and product: great fit
The scroll is your storefront. UGC video, catalogue ads and retargeting, with email flows catching the buyers.
Dental and orthodontics: good fit
Strong for whitening, aligners and implants with a clear offer. Emergency dental leans to Google, so we’d likely run both.
Real estate: good fit
Appraisals and vendor leads with a “what’s your home worth?” hook, plus retargeting, because the decision takes time.
Hospitality and venues: good fit
Functions, launches and “book a table” offers, with mouth-watering creative. Best for promotable moments, not walk-in trade.
Emergency trades: better on Google
With a burst pipe, people search, they don’t scroll. We’d set up Google Ads instead of taking your money for the wrong channel.
The system
One ad won’t do it. A funnel will.
- Stage 1 · Cold
Reach
Stop the scroll with a pattern-interrupt. Bold video and UGC put your brand in front of cold audiences who look like your best customers.
- Hook video
- UGC
- Broad audiences
- Stage 2 · Warm
Re-engage
People who watched, clicked or visited but didn’t act get a warmer message that answers the doubt: the product in use, the reviews, the reason to act now.
- Social proof
- Product in use
- Retargeting
- Stage 3 · Hot
Convert
For people primed to buy, we close: the offer, the guarantee, a gentle deadline. It only works because the first two stages did their job.
- The offer
- Dynamic ads
- One clear action
Creative now does the targeting
Broad audiences. Sharp creative.
Meta finds the buyer from the ad itself, so we test concepts and keep the winners. Creative is the biggest lever on the platform, and the one most accounts neglect.
We brief, produce and test video, UGC and static ads, or work with the assets you already have. See the Creative Library for the kind of work we make, and our Facebook ads tips for the account structure that lets creative do its job.
- A hook in the first two seconds
- An offer worth stopping for
- Several versions of every concept, so the winner is proven, not guessed
Tracking since iOS changed
The pixel lost signal. The API fills the gap.
Since Apple’s privacy changes, the browser pixel misses purchases and leads it used to catch. Optimise on that and Meta learns from an under-count.
We install the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, which sends the same events from your server, so Meta optimises toward real results. Then we check the numbers against your store or CRM, with tracking that matches your bank, and report blended results rather than whatever the platform claims.
- Pixel and Conversions API, with duplicates removed
- Purchases, leads and bookings counted as conversions, not page views
- Reports checked against your store or CRM

What it costs
Your ad spend and our fee are separate.
Ad spend is paid straight to Meta. Our management fee is scoped to the work: the campaigns, the creative and the reporting you need. Creative is the biggest cost driver, so we scope it up front, whether you supply it, we produce it, or it’s a mix.
For what the media itself costs, our guide to how much Facebook ads cost in Australia explains what sets the price, and whether Facebook ads have GST covers the tax side. If your budget is too thin to learn from, we’ll say so before you spend it.
Curious what a management fee should buy? Here’s what a Facebook ad agency actually does all day, and how to judge one before you sign.
When not to
When Meta isn’t the answer
Worth it when
- You have a clear offer people want
- You can supply photos and short video, or budget for us to make them
- Someone follows up leads the same day
Not yet, if
- Customers only find you in an emergency (that’s a job for Google)
- The site doesn’t convert the clicks, so conversion rate optimisation comes first
- Tracking is broken, so nothing can be judged yet
Case study

What does it cost?
Ad spend paid to Meta, plus a monthly management fee scoped to the campaigns, creative and reporting you need.
Is there a minimum spend?
Enough budget to learn: enough to test creative and let Meta find your buyers. What that is depends on your market and margins. If your budget is too thin, we’ll say so and suggest what to do first.
Boosting or Ads Manager?
Boosting optimises for engagement. Ads Manager optimises for the result you choose. Boosting buys reach; a campaign buys the purchase, the lead or the booking.
Who makes the creative?
You, us, or a mix. We produce and test video, UGC and static ads, and use your own assets where they’re strong. It’s the biggest cost driver, so we scope it up front.
How do you track results properly?
We install the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API (server-side). Pixel-only setups miss conversions since Apple’s iOS privacy changes, so we also track blended results against your store or CRM to show what’s really happening.
How soon will I see results?
Cold campaigns need a couple of weeks of data before they optimise well. Most accounts find their stride over the first few months, as creative tests and conversion data build.
Do you lock me into a contract?
No. We work month to month and keep your business by getting results, not by trapping you in paperwork.
Who owns the account?
You do: the ad account, the pixel and the audiences. We work in your Meta business account with the access you grant, and you can remove us in a click.
Where are you based?
In Adelaide, at 217 Flinders St. We run Facebook and Instagram ads for businesses in Adelaide and Australia-wide.
Ready when you are.
No pitch deck and no lock-in contract. Just a straight answer on what to fix first.
