Google Shopping ads agency Shopping ads that sell at a profit.

Shopping and Performance Max structured by margin, on a feed that actually describes your products.

What ROAS do you actually need?

Break-even ROAS, from your margin.

ROAS is not profit. Enter your gross margin and average order value to see the return an order needs just to pay for itself, then set targets above it.

Estimate from your inputs

Break-even ROAS
2.2×
Most you can pay per order
A$54

Below the break-even ROAS, every order loses money on the first purchase. Repeat purchases change the maths, which is why we set targets by margin, not by platform defaults. Not a quote.

The feed is the campaign

One product row, before and after.

Google matches Shopping ads to searches using your product titles and attributes, not keywords. Most feeds never get touched after the store goes live, so products show for the wrong searches, or not at all.

We rewrite titles in the order people search, fill in the attributes Google relies on and fix the main images. Our guide to optimising Google Shopping ads walks through the same checks if you want to start yourself.

  • Before: Blue Tee 123
  • After: Brand Organic Cotton Crew Tee · Navy · Size M · 180gsm
  • Colour, size, material and GTIN filled in, and kept in sync with your Shopify catalogue or store platform

Stuck in Merchant Center?

Disapprovals, suspensions, misrepresentation.

  • Disapproved products

Missing GTINs, wrong prices, image policy. If products have quietly dropped out, our guide to why Shopping ads stop showing covers the usual causes.

  • Account suspended

Misrepresentation flags, usually from missing returns, shipping or contact details on the site.

  • Feed errors

Shipping, tax and availability that don’t match the store. Send it our way and we’ll review your Merchant Center account before anything else.

How we structure by margin

Different products, different bids.

Hero products get room to scale. Steady sellers stay efficient. Products with no sales get a test budget, then a decision.

Performance Max where it earns it; Standard Shopping where you need control of search terms and margin.

  • Hero products: target ROAS, with room to scale
  • Steady sellers: maximise conversion value, kept efficient
  • No sales yet: a test budget, then a decision

The playbook

Four campaign types, one goal: profit.

  1. 01

    Performance Max

One campaign across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Gmail and Maps, steered to your target ROAS. Best for scaling products that already sell.

  2. 02

    Standard Shopping

Your products, with price and photo, right where buyers are looking. Best when you need control of search terms and margin.

  3. 03

    Search

Captures high-intent product searches and defends your brand name before a competitor bids on it.

  4. 04

    Feed optimisation

Better titles, images and attributes in Merchant Center, so more of the catalogue shows and sells. It lifts every other campaign type.

What’s included

Everything your catalogue needs to sell.

One account team runs the feed, the campaigns and the tracking, so nothing falls between three suppliers.

  • Merchant Center setup: clean, compliant and approved
  • Product feed optimisation: better titles, images and attributes
  • Revenue and ROAS tracking: profit by product, checked against real orders with analytics and tracking
  • Target ROAS bidding: spend steered to your margins
  • Shopify integration: tracking and feed sync that survive theme and app changes
  • Plain-English reporting: revenue, ROAS and cost of sale on one screen

Who this is for

If you sell products online, this is your page.

Every dollar in should bring more than a dollar out. We build Shopping around profit, not traffic.

  • Shopify stores
  • Fashion and apparel
  • Homewares
  • Health and beauty
  • Food and beverage
  • Multi-product retailers

When not to

When Shopping isn’t the answer

Worth it when

  • Margins leave room after ad cost
  • The feed is clean or can be fixed
  • Products are priced competitively

Not yet, if

  • Margins are too thin for any ROAS to work
  • The feed isn’t fixed yet
  • Stock is unreliable
  • The store doesn’t convert the traffic it already gets, so ecommerce CRO comes first

FAQ

Something else? hello@imprintadvertising.com

Performance Max or Standard Shopping?

Usually both: Performance Max for reach, Standard Shopping where you need control of search terms and margin.

Do you use a feed tool?

When the catalogue needs it. For smaller stores, fixing the source data in Shopify or your store platform is enough.

How many products do I need?

There is no minimum. Fewer products means more attention per product.

What ROAS can I expect?

It depends on margin, price point and competition, so nobody can honestly promise a number before seeing your store. We start from your break-even ROAS, benchmark the account and set a realistic target before we spend anything.

Do you handle the product feed?

Yes, and it is where most ecommerce accounts win or lose. We set it up, keep it approved in Merchant Center and keep improving it as the range changes.

Do you work with Shopify?

Every day. We set up Shopify tracking, feed sync and conversions so reporting stays accurate through theme and app changes.

Do you run Search as well as Shopping?

Yes. Search catches the brand and high-intent product searches that Shopping misses, and it runs the way all our Google Ads management does: tight keywords, negative lists and tracking checked against real orders.

Is there a minimum spend?

Enough to learn. Performance Max and Shopping need conversion data to optimise, and how much that takes depends on your range and margins. If your budget is too thin, we will say so before you spend it.

Ready when you are.

No pitch deck and no lock-in contract. Just a straight answer on what to fix first.
